$250 plus $0.10 cents per square foot for additional square footage beyond 2250 square feet and up to 3000 square feet. Includes interior, exterior and aerial photos of property.
Properties over 3000 square feet:
$325 plus $0.080 per square foot for additional square footage beyond 3000 square feet. Includes interior, exterior and aerial photos of property.

$100 which includes up to 1200 characters, researching the neighborhood, an hour to write it and one revision. Each additional revision is $20 per revision.

I am Mark Meyers. I have always had a passion for photography and real estate. At 23 I purchased my first piece of real estate in Venice Beach, California. By the time I was 30 I had multiple properties and was a landlord. My experience as a buyer, seller and a landlord have giving me insights that help me understand the value of good photography and video. And know that quality photos and video will help a house sell faster. I recognize the demands that are placed on agents and brokers and the need of fast turn-around.
